Somerset Kuala Lumpur

The location is great, very close to the Petronas Towers in a nice area, close to several shopping malls and restaurants. The staff provided a kind attention and the rooms are comfortable.

The clean up of the rooms by the housekeeper wasn’t the best. A couple of times I shaved on the bathroom sink and after coming back found some hairs still in the sink that was supposed to be clean.

The room is spacious and comfortable.

Microwave not working and no drinking/mineral water provided.

Only clean and good room food and location is so bad

Food

Convenient location close to Ampang Park station. There is a good shopping and eating hub called Link.

Facilities are getting old. We had water leakage issue but immediately another room was allocated for us.

Location good and near to many services.

Poor arrangements for breakfast.Beds mattress bad condition.

The unit was very quite and clean and beds are comfy , the house keeping service is excellent

When we arrived the hotel offered a smoking room even thought my preference is non smoking but later they changed our room

Apartment style. Location.

I had to wait about an hour after check-in for a plumber to finish some work, but overall the staff (except one front desk lady) were helpful, and the location was excellent. It was a lovely place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was also friendly and the check-out using kiosk was very innovative.

Parking per entry instead of per day flat rate as the parking operator is not under hotel facilities. If you enter 2 times or more in 1 day, you have to pay more.

This establishment was definitely designed for a long stay patrons cause the unit has most of what one needs for a longer stay - cooking and dining utensils, washing machine, a small room that may be allocated as an office. the pool is open until late which allows residents to unwind later in the day. the lounge was also well equipped to host potential guests of residents. location is also quite great - walking distance to Food Merchant (across) and the Linc.

the pillows were too soft and woke up with stiff neck. perhaps create pillow menu that will provide some options to resident.

very nice service, clean and large room. it is important keeping in mind that the sofa in the large room is a small two-seater. We did not use breakfast option because it's not a buffet.

good value. Restaurants, shops and bars easy to walk to.

Room description was a little vague. The room was very small with nowhere to put suitcases. We should have booked the size bigger room.

It feels like home! Love that it was complete with plates, bowls, cutleries, dishwashing liquid so it’s easy for us to break our fast. There’s a small room that used as our prayer room, so comfy! I did my laundry there so i dont have to bring so many dirty ones. Location is at the heart of city centre.

I have to put some plastic bag to the bath tub holes in order to ensure the water doesnt leak.

The location is great for us.

The rooms quite fair, but clearly look a bit tired. When we had installed ourselves and unpacked, we noticed that when we should charge phones and iPad that none of the power sockets had electricity. We called reception and miraculously an electrician come to our room within minutes, very impressive. Repair would take more than an hour so we were told to move to another room. This was smaller than our Premium room.So all in all an annoying incidence.

Serviced apartment. Ample space. Good kitchen.

No real breakfast. It is just a breakfast packet. This is not clearly mentioned during booking.

Warm welcome. Kind of do mandatory to enroll for the membership even one dont want it.Nice rooms very clean... Got a drawing rroom bedroom and guess what a walk-in closet Breakfast is only to take away and has a very limited option ( if you are veggi then only bread jam) but the y did asked to me for next day if i can have roti chani ( the only beat thing Malays can think of) that was very sweet gesture. The qty is on 1st come 1st service.. though there is food available.Overall good experience

the room is nice and cosy. the pool is great, i love the gym, not too big but enough facilities.the staff was always very kind and friendly. there's 2 great supermarket nearby and many restaurants at the LINC,which is next door.

the furniture was a bit outdated. and the lobby could be more stylish.

Room was nice and comfortable, great area to get around, restaurants, shopping easy to walk to.

Breakfast

Large room, comfortable for 4 people. Location is good, near to grocery stores, not too far from KLCC.

The corridor has smoking smell, likely my non-smoking room was assigned on the smoking floor.

Convenient location....close to most location and near LRT.

Will be better if clothes dry rack is provided and small vacuum cleaner

The apartment was lovely. So comfortable and my kids loved it. It was so convenient. Within walking distance of several malls.

The swimming pool changing rooms were very dirty and smelly
